Creating space
for you to breathe,
reflect and connect.
South London · Community Interest Company
We are not a clinical service, but we bring clinical depth to everything we do. Our work is trauma-informed, creativity-led and grounded in over 20 years of collective experience. We believe in the power of shared experience, and in creating spaces where people feel genuinely safe to show up as they are.

Creativity in Community to promote Wellbeing
We run 6- and 8-week group programmes that bring people together around creativity, journalling and shared reflection.
Facilitated by qualified art therapists, dramatherapists and speech and language therapists, our groups offer something rare: a genuinely therapeutic space that is also warm, accessible and community-rooted.
Every group begins by co-creating a working alliance, collectively agreeing what a safe space looks and feels like. There is no pressure to share beyond what feels right, and no pressure to make "good art". What matters is showing up.
Flagship programme: Maternal Journal
A creative journalling group for people navigating the complexities of early parenthood. Using guided art-making, writing and shared reflection, participants process the often overwhelming feelings of new motherhood in a safe, supportive space.
Coming soon:
We will be having a SUMMER PICNIC, a relaxed, afternoon of journalling, craft and creativity open to the whole family.
Looking further ahead, we are hoping to launch a pilot group specifically for parents of neurodivergent children, and to hold a community exhibition bringing all our participants together to celebrate their creative journeys.
Both are funding dependent, but we are working hard to make them happen. Watch this space.
Our Team.
Four Directors. One shared belief: That creativity and community can change how we move through life's hardest moments. Between us we bring expertise in art therapy, dramatherapy, speech and language therapy and group facilitation, all underpinned by trauma-informed practice.
