About the event
Remind Retreat is a day for mothers who need space to remember who they are outside of mothering.
We're gathering for a day of sharing circles, somatic movement and creative journaling, with plenty of time to slow down, connect and just be. There's a shared lunch together, and the day closes with an optional beachside sauna.

Arrival, welcome and breathwork
An opening circle
Creative journaling
